I ordered the wrong product; can I get a refund?
If you ordered the wrong product for any reason, simply go on the returns section in your profile within 14 days of delivery, and we can refund or exchange it for the correct product.
Please note- Returns and Exchanges must include original packaging, tags and invoices in satisfactory condition.
How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
Your return will be processed within 48 hours once we receive the returned products and packaging in unused and satisfactory condition. Read our returns policy for more information.
Can I exchange my order?
If you wish to exchange your product for another item(s), simply complete the exchange process on our returns page within 14 days of delivery. Once the exchange request is approved, the exchange order will be shipped to you.

What Is maywe’s Warranty Policy?
We stand behind the quality of our products with a warranty that is valid for up to 12 months from the date of purchase.
The bag that I just ordered online came with a fault, what can I do?
We are sorry to hear this! Please send a photo of the bag to info@maywe.shop along with your order number.
We'll do our best to resolve any issues.
What is covered under warranty?
Any manufacturing defects during production about materials or workmanship. Such defects include issues related to bonding, stitching, material or component failure and workmanship. This guarantee applies when the product is used under normal conditions and for the purpose for which the product was designed.

Did my order go through successfully?
Once your order has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation with the details. The order confirmation will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout. If you are unsure about whether your order has been successfully placed, you can always contact us at info@maywe.shop
I've changed my mind, can I cancel the order?
When an order gets completed, the manufacturing process starts immediately. If you wish to cancel your order, contact us at info@maywe.shop, and we will do our best to help you.
Please note that cancellations are only possible for a limited time after an order has been placed, so we cannot guarantee that it can be accommodated at all times.
There's an error in my order, how do I change it?
Email us at info@maywe.shop as quickly as possible. We can change your order details but only before it has been into the crafting process.
The product is out of stock, will it come back?
Please enter your email for information regarding stock, discounts, newsletters and overall, being friends with us!
